Well, not to say i am looking forward to be 22nd. It's just that I am 22nd now :D

We have plenty to do on my birthday. 1st, meet up with Suhan at 12pm @ Jurong East to discuss bout the things that we need to do for her. Then later, we shopped like what I posted early. Luckily Richard is working and didn't go with us.. if not........ but he miss some crazy shopping scene... haha..

After we moved all the stuffs back, we took bus to the hostel to get back the deposit. By the time we reached the hostel, it's about 6pm. Luckily we still managed to get back the deposit. And later, went back to Plaza Singapura for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. By the time the show ends, it is about 11.30pm. Then we took bus back.. and not in time to celebrate my birthday.. haha.. but still, we celebrated...

A Weekend War

Moving from one place to another aint easy at all. Although I got much experience in moving.. but this is the first time moving with a bunch of friends..

I am staying in Bukit Panjang now. Finally done with most of the cleaning and unpacking. Have been busy for the whole day on Saturday. In the morning, we went to Bkt Pjg to sign the contract and later on went back to Katong Hostel to move our stuffs. Supposed to move by 2.30pm but end up moving somewhere around 4pm. and I had a really bad argument with the lorry driver who complain that I switched off my phone when he tried to call me at 1.30pm. What am I suppose to say? I didn't SWITCH OFF the phone for the whole day. The phone is on and I am waiting for that fellow to call.. and when I called, that's what I get for the answer!!! IDIOT. And this is the result of what I get when I already called in the morning to confirm with him! Real fed up with him tat day.. But still, in the end, he agreed to come afterward when waili called him again and also after much persuading.

On Sunday, we cleaned the house and later, went shopping at Bukit Panjang Plaza. The trolley is flooded with our stuffs...

Well, that's not all. The previous night we have already shopped for cleaning utensil and the next day, electrical stuff. Since there is no ceiling fan here, we bought 4 fans in 1 time.. and rice cooker, flask.... by the time we finished shopping, it's about tea time and we had our lunch at McD in IMM together with a trolley of electrical goods.

And yes, that day is my 22nd birthday.

It has been a long while since I last blogged. This is my second trip back home and tomorrow I will travel back to Singapore again. Again for this year, I have no choice but to celebrate my birthday there again. But still, I have my early birthday cake here. =D chocolate truffle. Thanks mom for the cake. She knows I miss cake a lot. :P

Thank you to those who remember my birthday and wanted to celebrate for me but can’t make it though. I know u guys are extremely busy. I’ll appreciate it. Thanks a lot. Will meet up with you all the next time I am back although I really have no idea when the next time will be. For those who are working, hopes you enjoy your works and don’t get too stress; for those who are still studying, enjoy your study and it’ll end soon. Don’t worry. =)

I’ll be 22 soon…… I know I am still young :P

went to little india yesterday. stroll along the street. nth much there.. just alot of shops selling indian art n craft, eateries, temple n so on.. hmm.. mayb bcoz i've seen all these b4.. n tat's wat make it less special.. haha.. well, their streets r interesting though.. it's called kerbau street.. n there is another one called buffalo street. hmm.. dunno who is the fellow who giv it such a name.. one is kerbau n another buffalo.. the only different is one is in english n another is in malay...

n for our lunch, i had mutton nasi briyani while waili had the so called chicken set meal.. it's sort of like banana leaf... there is the banana leaf there but i guess u just cant find any meal called banna leaf here.. n even the indian food is now served like fast food! the food is quite expensive.. but they serve in extremely large portion.. which is enough to last for lunch n dinner.. haha..

mutton nasi briyani: 1st time c nasi briyani with egg.. the curry is too salty.. the keropok not crunchy enough.. the one @ bencoolen street taste much better.. except tat they arent any keropok there.. hehe..

n after little india, we went to chinatown. eat the mango with pomelo n sago.. yum yum.. tat's nice.. but the pomelo not sweet enough.. is bitter... then if it's cooler then will b shiok!

n for our dinner.. we hav this peanut soup.. wow.. long time din eat tong shui... yummy.. a bit too sweet though.. haha..

Feel fresher n reenergised after a gd night sleep. glad tat it's finally over. although the final is over but still got the dpj to work with.. n next wed they'll debrief us, talk to us bout the degree show n c who will b the unlucky one who will kena sampling.. so.. in the end.. still dunno when i can go back.. i miss home! miss the sofa, miss the tv, miss my bed (finally got my own room o :P), miss shopping, miss the food, miss all the things back in m'sia. n ah boy, oso miss quarrelling with u... haha :P

the presentation went smoothly. mostly is guiding them through the journey in the interior... n later answer those questions tat they hav.. at 1st quite worry.. coz the thing is more or less the same like in jury 2.. except tat got color n 3d.. the model n the 3d oso look alike.. dunno they realise it or not.. haha.. coz they din ask me tat.. anyway, it's over n i dun wanna talk about it. haha.. just really glad tat it's over!

n for today.. rest in the room.. hoho.. tired.. past few days have been bz.. last minute doin the material board, then gotta organize the lecture theatre for presentation, clean up, move those frames from the 3rd to 1st floor, set up the board... damn exhausted! stayed in sch till midnight for tat day n luckily still able to wake up in the next morning.. the weather is too good to sleep nowadays.. haha..

our class really got alot of 'god' in different field.. alot of really nice n brilliant work.. ya.. we all work hard for the final.. n they really do work HARD.. n oso very pia.. really peifu them.. glad to b a part of this class with all those very entertaining person around..

2 weeks to go b4 final jury. cant wait for it to be over. i want holidays.. been thinking about holidays lately.. although i know i shouldnt think about hols.. but really cant help it. n got those ppl who keep remind me of hols.. u know who u r la..

looking forward for the trip to medan.. so far it is the confirmed trip i got.. need to hurry back here after the trip for the degree show. ai... the degree show last bout half a month.. dad just back from medan n said it's gd place.. n he said he da pao kuih lapis back.. argh.. i miss nice food!! everday oso eating the food at the foodcourt.. really sien! mix rice, chicken rice, pan mee... mostly oso eat these..

had been working on my model from mon-wed. went to coll for the photoshooting session on thurs by the PROFESSIONAL photographer.. din redo my whole model.. just renovate it. din manage to finish the railing for the staircase tat day though.. but now i m done with it.. extremely glad... i got 12 staircase.. everytime i c the staircase oso scare... always oso left it till the last only do.. last time built liao 12 of it.. n now 12 railing.. argh! hate doin the same old thing again n again... the photographer skill like waili said.. really is potato.. haha.. cant shoot close up picture.. but taken from far still ok..

it's my 1st time carrying model under the rain.. really miserable.. with such heavy model... under heavy rain.. with only an umbrella.. n yet no cab to catch! carry till hand ache the cab oso din come.. n when beh tahan liao put the model down at the side there n luckily got a hao xin ren.. help us to tahan cab... thx alot! nowadays always rain in the afternoon...

finally finish my model.. after this need to carry on with the construction drawing n later the board.. definitely not now.. start monday most probably.. rest rest rest... ya.. desmond surely ask me to go to sleep.. i will.. dun worry.. i really dun understand y they cant finish.. they only do few 3d oso keep saying no time... n yet.. compare to limkokwing here de time is really alot. whole sem doin the same old thing...... can save alot of time if i m not doin 3d.. but then my model skill not as geng as them.... not a pro model maker like charlton.. even though u held a model making class, i guess my skill oso wont improve.. haha... i hate to do model...

bz friday, satisfying saturday

suppose to hav NO class on Friday.. Jenny wanted to treat us lunch since she has been saying that she wanted to cook for us since.. hmm.. after jury 1. n so.. we dcide to make it on fri..

on thurs night, received a weird msg from Richard saying tat gotta meet up in sch for discussion and ask us not 2 ask why... weird right.. purposely put there dun ask why make us more curious to know why only... n so.. bcoz of tat.. our lunch bcome... after the discussion.. so depend on wat time the discussion end... n we will hav it after tat...

n on fri morning... dad asked me if i wanted to go jb.. coz he said he will not hav time to come sg... n so, after they woke up i ask jy n waili whether they wanna go.. jy is very excited with it.. after waili came back from her morning chores, we asked her also.. n since both of them is ok with it, we then pack our stuff n will stay in jb for the night.

with our clothes n other stuff, we went straight to sch for discussion. actually already got some rough idea on wat is it since charlton had told waili during their chat. n then, the discussion started... n there come the knocking from the doors... they r real scare tat suhan will come in n c wat we r doin... the 1st knock is from jay n another fellow tat came here to c the sch, then the 2nd knock is really from suhan.. this is the real funny time.. when suhan ask wheter we all having a meeting, dunno who answer no somemore.. real fake le.. then suzana pretend tat we r goin for a visit to the material shop n purposely said it loudly so tat she can hear.. haha.. there is also a 3rd knock from sarah n another gal from level 2... those knock really frightened them.. coz the purpose of the discussion is.. they r not satisfy with the degree show tat they will hav in sch in may or june... richard n charlton found a paper on suhan's table the day b4 n r really furious with it.. n so they dcide to held a meeting to discuss about tat. they said previous year, those degree student either held the show outside or at least the sch will spend some $ on the show. the degree show is actually a show to let the outside or employer to see our works n so they may employ u after seeing ur works.. well, this is really 1st time i hear got this kind of things lo.. got gd n bad... gd is if they like ur works they will employ u.. bad is, how many employer will actually purposely come to c the show n employ u? n we gotta put in extra effort to 'redo' the board if require.. as if printing is free... if i m tat rich, i oso wont spend so much to keep on printing the same things.. ok.. enough bout this... c how it goes 1st..

then after the discussion, we went to bishan. jenny then cook for us to eat while i m looking on some of the brochure she got from MATTA fair.. coz we wanted to go for some trip.. but then with our budget, i guess we can only travel within m'sia or the most to south east asia... her cooking skill not bad oo... long time din eat home cooked food liao.. we enjoy her cooking while watching tv.. miss tv oso...

n around 5 we left to jb via queen street.. waited for jy to reach n then we go together.. n guess wat... we gotta join the extremely long queue.. luckily still moving.. but we also spend quite a while there... after we reach the immigration, there is also a big crowd... no choice but to wait... told dad tat i will reach at evening but end up reaching at night around 9pm... ai...

dad fetch us from city square n later went to his office. dun really hav time to shop tat night liao since it's late n the shop is about to close.. we waited there n later join in to listen the talk. n after tat, only we left. went to the hotel n then only hav our dinner. we hav a late lunch, so we r not extremely hungry.. hav our dinner at the shop bside zon there... eat satay, pork, fish, vege... really alot of yummy food to eat... no need to eat chicken rice, mix rice at the foodcourt for the day. after our dinner or supper perhaps, dad fetch us back n then he joined them for their happy hour...

oo.. i've oso booked the flight to medan while i m in dad's office. yeah.. can join them for trip liao.. dun wanna care so much about the degree show.. since till now they oso still din giv us a date... yeah.. can go for trip on may 26-28! mom dun wann choi me tat time when i call her oso.. sobsob... she is watching tv tat time.. dunno addicted to wat series now.. haha

today, we ate dim sum for breakfast.. finally i ate dim sum. last time went back din manage to eat... n now finally finally ate liao.. finally satisfy my taste bud. dad drop us at tebrau city after tat n they went straight back while we enjoy our shopping. tebrau city may consider big in jb but not so big if compare to kl. cant spend a long time in there.. i only managed to buy a shirt. din bought any grocery since mom already packed some for me.

play for almost a week n gotta start working starting on mon. argh!

Zoo & Safari Visit

Went to the zoo & night safari yesterday. $38 entry for zoo n night safari plus the tram ride at night safari.. compare 2 zoo in m'sia, it is really really expensive (although i din go to the zoo in m'sia for years. the last time i go is erm.. dunno standard wat.. or mayb kindergarden?) i went to s'pore zoo once with family many years ago. i think during form 1 which is year 1998. wow.. really long time ago... though dun really remember how it looks like exactly so many years ago, but the feel is about the same.. Compare to M'sia zoo, it is really much much better. Even the birdpark in sg oso.. the kl birdpark is really not recommended although it is said to b the largest birdpark.. so wat being the largest but not the nicest? In the younger days, i really look forward to the trip. now dun feel so excited liao.. mayb bcoz i went there b4.. i look forward to the trip to the night safari.. hehe.. coz i din go b4..

we went ang mo kio n later took a bus there. after buying the ticket, we went for our lunch at KFC. Yesterday we r a KFC supporter, lunch and dinner oso @ KFC. It's finger licking good.. haha.. free advertising for KFC. Well, why zoo always also related with KFC ar?

since it is after jury, the trip is like a celebration or a reward for completing the 2nd jury.. an encouragement to move ahead.. haha.. there is still jury 3 to go, but for now... relax 1st.. after lunch, we went in n visit all the animals there... white tiger, polar bear, camel, ostrich, snake, monkey, elephant, zebra, giraffe..... we also manage to watch almost the end of the elephant show n later the animal friends show. walk walk n keep walking, shooting photos, saying hi to the animals, tat's wat we do for the whole day..

the night safari is much more adventurous. In the middle of the night, goin in the forest on the tram. It's really dark and spooky.. a nice experience. is different goin at day time n night time.. the feel is totally different. yesterday the tram or to be clear, the safari is full with ppl. really crowded. no special occassion but alot of ppl. perhaps singapore ppl really dun hav many places to go, do they? a bit disappointed with the suspension bridge... it is 2 stable.. even if u keep jumping on top like a crazy fellow it oso wont drop i guess.. tat's is wat make it less interesting... n tat's y i m disappointed.. haha.. too used to the much more adventurous canopy walk that we had b4... tat is how a canopy walk should b...

lastly is the animal show that they hav during the night. suppose to hav 3 show a day at 8,9 n 10 oclock but due to the overwhelming crowd, they add in another show.. we watch the one at 11pm.. gotta queue up, wait and wait till 11pm. the show is quite interesting.. after show, we took bus to choa chu kang n then mrt to jurong east... n guess wat.. tat is the last train.. n we were stuck there... end up taking a cab back.. tat's how life is without car.. miss the car at home... the transport here is either walking, bus, mrt or cab... no car to use..

jury 2 finally over. glad, happy, relieve... finally can hav a break. erm.. a short break.. n then there is still dissertation to hand up on mon b4 5pm. ya.. then can hav a real short break b4 goin back 2 action to prepare for the final jury. quite surprise tat the jury goes pretty well today. he din mention my interior but then just ask me to produce 4 model to show the different kind of interior on the final jury. sob sob.. gotta do model again again n again for the final... n then is interior!! gotta make the sofa, bed, wardrobe, bookshelves... ai... cham liao la.. k.. leave it for later.. for today.. relax.. :)

jury 2 is on next fri. how i wish tat this is the last jury n after tat can relax.. but the truth is is not, n i cant change the fact.. ai.. still, end of april is jury 3.. need to suffer another 1 month plus.. fast? hmm.. well, when suffering i think it is not fast at all lo... just pray tat i will go through it smoothly n hav strength to carry on till end of the sem. really exhausted now.. tire physically n oso mentally.. ok guys, wish me luck!

Gong xi gong xi! It's chinese new year again and glad to be home although it's a short hols and when go back gotta suffer the consequences.. but still.. it's cny.. wat do u expect :P (ok.. my excuse of being lz.. hehe)

Cny is about the same.. only that this year, i need to travel back from sg to usj.. i took ktm back which took bout 7 hours to reach central.. a long and bored journey.. then later, reach home n rest for the night... n the next day went to watch ghost rider.. yep.. come back must watch movie.. sg de cinema so expensive.. watch 1 movie there = watch 4 movie here.. (student price ma :P) after tat, gotta pack things again n another journey back to ayer tawar.. took us 4-5 hours i guess.. quite jam during tat hour mayb coz it after working hour. we ate bak kut teh at klang n later took the coastal highway back.. bak kut teh here really much more delicious then the so called 'bak kut teh' in sg.

Every 初二 there will b a family gathering at grandma place with lots of relatives which after so many years i still cant really recognize who is who.. hehe.. the next day, we pay a visit to melaka.. grandma's sis at the old folk home n mom de cousin. after tat only came back home...

aiyo.. till now still din go shopping here yet.. n just now only we went dong chan si for a visit.. a nice place to go.. we went morning coz normally really packed in the evening coz everyone wanna c the lighting.. it will b much more beautiful at night. but still, nvm.. last year i went twice there liao.. 1 time with frens n another with family.. hehe..

weird weird sem i got this sem.. at 1st will b doin refugee camp, then later change it to refugee relief centre as refugee camp is more bound to the rules.. then now.. community estate.. faint right? jury 1 is on next fri and now... every week change change change... hopefully now the community estate will go well... n pls pls no changes anymore.. dunno how i m suppose to come out with the details later on.. need to deal with those high tech stuff.. hmm... just pray this sem go well and can grad.. tat's all.

ok.. here's the detail of my project. i will b producing a community estate using containers. still got no idea how 2 arrange it but need to come out with sth FAST! will b producing a compact living container.. custom made one.. then.. erm... still need to think further... basically tat's about it. ai.. gotta rewrite my project brief again... 3rd time writing (-.-)"

I haven't been blogging for quite sometimes. I know, i m just being lazy. Holiday ended two weeks ago and I have started on my project. For this sem, i will be doing a refugee camp using container. My site is at dataran bandaraya jb. That's why i went there today for a site visit. Of course, we also went to shop @ city square. Well, coz we dun hav car in jb, we wont go far.. city square is at the most ideal location.. That's why we will go there mostly. hehe.. dunno how 2 take bus in jb liao.. long long time din take bus there.. if only there is a car there instead of walking all the time.. leg still feels tire after walking for so many days.

Since school started, we went to quite a lot of places coz we need to find a site.. When i came back to S'pore, went to West Coast Park straightaway for kelly's farewell. Then those following days we went to Far East Square, Choa Chu Kang, Fort Canning, Marina South, Harbourfront, Vivocity...... I even visited 2 Christian columbarium.. It's my first time visiting this kind of place le... n cemetery also.. Surely you will wonder why i go to this place. even during ching ming in M'sia, i also din go to these places.. Well, waili is going to design a columbarium for her project.. n tat's y lo.. really quite nervous when we go for the 1st time.. 2nd time is much more better.

Not in the mood of doing anything tonight.. that's how i end up blogging.

Patong Beach is a famous beach in Phuket. It is too commercialize. Everything there is main for TOURIST and is about $ $ and $. All those chair there is main for those ang mo to sun bath under the super duper hot sun. whoever like us wanna sit under such hot sun wo? i hav enough of walking under the hot sun... no need to sun bath anymore.. Then the bag, shirt and all those souvenir also not cheap at all lo.. surely u can get a better price in petaling street than there lo..

Our very first meal at Phuket after checking in at the hotel... we had a really late lunch.. super duper hungry... then walk walk n walk.. yet still cant find a suitable place.. n later end up in this shop.. disappointed with the food

the so called noodles there... (noodles there means kuey teow..) but then weird thing is the portion real small n most of the thing u c is vege right? only got a really small portion of "noodle"... yet it is expensive ooo... cost bout rm6 here.. not really tasty oso..

mobile pasar malam

it has been quite a while since i last been to a pasar malam. this is my 1st pasar malam visit in singapore. singapore pasar malam is different from what we have in malaysia. in my area, we have it twice a week which is on sun and tues night. but here, the pasar malam do not have a fix day.. it will move from one area to another.. so they will b in 1 area for 1 to 2 weeks then move to another area thereafter. tat's y i call it the mobile pasar malam.. haha.. still, the pasar malam here not that interesting compare to what we have in malaysia. not much ppl, not crowded at all, dun hav the pasar malam feel at all, not much of choices, not much stuffs... ai.. singapore really a boring country ar... we purposely go to bishan for the pasar malam and after we bought our dinner, we went to Jenny's place to eat while watching tv.. wow.. really long time din watch tv liao..

2morrow still need to go to coll to pass up the self assessment form... and gotta carry back my stuff to the hostel le... then ar.. still dunno when will be going home ar.. should b having a farewell for kelly but till now still dunno when it will be held.. yesterday we already farewell jac at east coast park. hmm.. forget wat tat place name is.. is the 2nd time drinking with them.. all these lecturers really a bad influence to us.. teaching us bad stuff only.. :X and i really hate beer.. wonder why they can drink beer like drinking water... the taste really bad la.. i still prefer the tequila we had last time although it's tasteless according to them... but at least it is not beer.. luckily got suzana who help me to drink up almost half a glass of it.. luckily got a friend who love to drink sitting beside me.. haha.. and before we left, jac bought each of us a cup of drink and call it a day after the drink. tat one taste a lot better. oo.. and my stomach is really full of water... din order any main course as we just had lunch at 4pm and i am really still very full during that time.. so we order dessert instead, brownie with ice cream.. and that's my dinner liao..

haha.. my diary terbalik de.. starting from the latest till the previous event.. hehe.. sunday we went joo chiat to savour some food oso.. conclusion-- never ever believe wat singaporean said is tasty.. we ate the wan tan mee there and really not nice la.. is like the kolo mee in kuching then adding chili.. but the kolo mee there also taste much much much better.. before the kolo mee, we bought some dumpling. 1st time eating so many 'species' of dumpling in 1 meal le.. 3 of us + 4 dumplings + 1 kolo mee + a drink for each of us = extremely full stomach.. then later on, when we wanna explore joo chiat further, it started to rain... after waiting for quite some times, we decided to take a cab back to the hostel since the rain become much much more heavier...

went to marina bay for steamboat n bbq just now. a after jury celebration. the marina bay really different from wat i imagine.. thought tat it is suppose to b a nice and classy area.. hmmm.. mayb i c too much of the future plan of marina bay... hmm.. but just now, only realise the marina bay is really totally different...

we take mrt to marina bay.. then, when we walked to the bus stop.. we were like being kidnap.. haha.. dun worry.. not really real kidnapping.. but cant help feeling like really being kidnap.. coz there are van waiting there to bring us to the place for steamboat and bbq.. the steamboat and bbq is like the telepon restaurant in m'sia and cost $12 per person.. the place is full of this kind of bbq plus steamboat shop and with bowling alley along the way.. (dunno y singapore always the whole area with the same thing de... weird) then tat area is like really isolated.. not many cars on the road.. then only got the no 400 bus. anyway, thx justin who brought us there and also for the treat.. although singapore food to me is still cannot compare to malaysia's food.. haha.. price wise, taste wise also.. it just taste normal.. :P

been really lazy this few days.. although already wake up but still lazying on the bed till around 11sth.. then only unwillingly leave the bed.. haha.. really cant wait for kelly to announce the resubmission, sample... and also of coz need to farewell kelly and jac.. since they will b leaving lasalle. no idea who will b our lecturer on the next sem.. hmm.. they are both a great lecturer.. dunno y good one always leave but not the bad one....

finally jury 3 is over. glad that it's over. cant wait to go back n have a good sleep... wanna sleep whole day if possible.. jury 3 oso marks the end of this sem... means 1 more sem to go b4 graduate..

the presentation today is different from the previous jury. we just need to pin up our boards and works and they'll ask us question.. i like this kind of presentation.. it's really a lot better... got question ask then i answer... this final jury is the best of all jury so far. only kelly and suhan giving advice and asking question. alex is not here due to minor surgery. I am the 4th one to present. hmm.. the presentation is really clinic style la.. call us in 1 by 1.. then tat kelly said to JK is his turn to c the doc.. haha.. when it's my turn, i just went in then find it real weird since no one is talking, and they din even ask a question but just look at the board... like trying to find fault in it.. hmm.... later only start questioning and giving advice.. 1st time c suhan so erm.. different i guess.. overall the presentation is ok.. only the proportion for the flag n poles need to be improved, and the sofa inside oso... hopefully wont need 2 upgrade or resubmit and wont b asked to do the sample so that i can go home earlier...

dunno y my mood today arent good at all.. mayb due to some particular reason.. and also bcoz is really tiring these few days.. yesterday working on the material board and yet they din even look at it.. if i know earlier i really wont go n do the material board.. wasting time and effort... and the construction drawing oso... talking about the construction drawing, the plotting service here really suxx! we went to marine parade to plot the drawing. i plot a2 and a3... then waili's a1 cant plot there coz their paper is out! stupid one.. c paper almost finish should order already wat.. really dunno how they can still survive with such lousy service and management. their autocad knowledge is also really limited. they only know how to plot but plot oso take them a long time. later, we went to katong shopping complex to plot.. n this time i wanna do binding.. again, really fed up with the attitude and services. so many shops there n yet, 1 shop can bind a3 landscape de but dun hav the transparency.. another only can bind in a4, then another just left 2 pieces of transparency and not willing to sell it to me.. and the last shop i went, tat stupid auntie... dun wanna sell me the transparency.. n end up i bind there... n ask me to fold myself.. at 1st memang wanna fold myself de.. but she asked till like tat really not suang.. the way singaporean do businness really cha! got $ to let them learn but still they treat u with this kind of attitude.. like we owe them! wat kind of businessman is this??

k, back to the presentation today. our class really got a lot "God" in making model. JK n Teng's model are really great.. post some of the pic later.. relax first for now.. monday still need to go to coll..

Yes, finally i can write my blog.. Jury 3 is on Wednesday and we need to pin up by tomorrow. Just went for printing today. waited for 3 hour plus for the board.. Went loitering around bugis.. always got the feeling that once we walk we gotta walk on the same road for a few times in a day.. ai. dunno should feel happy about it or the other way round.. should visit some other place after jury n not always bugis n still bugis or marine parade.. sien...

The presentation board is extremely HUGE! 6 AO size board.. yup.. i m broke. it's the 1st time i experience the acc with only $1 left... really erm... dunno how to describe... no words can describe it i guess. hmm... and still tomorrow gotta go for plotting... sobsob.. really a poor poor girl now.. luckily should be able to last me till i go back.. of coz will leave enough for the bus ticket.. hehe.. can't wait to go home... wanna sit on the sofa... dun wanna do anything.. rest! looking forward to the trip to phuket. :)

we have been stuck in the room for quite a long time. preparing for this coming war.. din go to sch last whole week. only went there on fri for a while and then went back. compare to the final in limkokwing last time, i think tat i work on this project in a more relax manner and got ample time to finish the work.. maybe because can start on the project earlier. but still, it's not that reasonable to have 3 jury in 1 sem and gotta present the same things for so many times. and spend so much on each jury. we used to only have one final presentation and the other is only pin up crit.. After coming to this sch, i realise tat limkokwing is not tat bad after all.. the stuff we learn is more practical and more useful. in term of 2d drawing, 3d drawing, we are still better even though i never think my drawing is that good. suzana even ask us 2 teach them drawings 2d n 3d and is willing to pay for the lesson.. really wonder wat they learn.. hmm.. they are good in making model. this sch really got a lot potential model maker.. haha.. i oso dun like the bias lecturer here.. really 2 bias..

Mid Autumn without lantern

In the past few years, I mostly celebrate mid autumn festival by lighting up the lantern, eating moon cake, drinking tea and playing with candles... This year, I had a totally different kind of celebration. It's my 1st mid autumn in Singapore. Dun really know why, but i feel that Singapore dun really have the mid autumn atmosphere even in the shopping district like Orchard. Didnt see much of the lantern perhaps...

We woke up early in the morning because of the Singapore Biennale 2006. Have been looking forward to this trip coz really need a break after writing the research paper for the whole week. Still not finish! We took this opportunity to visit the Biennale and in the meanwhile, have some fun and relax a bit. There are 3 busses going for the Biennale, 1 if our faculty and the other 2 for the other faculty. We visited Tanglin camp, Asian Civilisation Museum and also the National Museum. The Asian Civilisation Museum is not a site for the Biennale.. it's because the bus driver made a mistake that we end up there... There should really think of our lunch break while organising this.. While we were at the Asian Civilisation Museum, we were all so hungry and end up hunting for food.. There are displays from various artists.. Really artistic... Still, enjoy the trip and enjoy collecting the badges.. haha.. Visit Singapore Biennale for more info.

Our trip end at 4pm. And from the National Museum, we walked to Orchard Road coz waili wanted to take photo of the 'Sign'. (We've been haunted with our topic ever since we started to do the research paper..) Then later, we walked back to bugis for our class dinner. We had steamboat. Only 6 turn up for this dinner. Most of the other will be joining us later for another session at night. This is also the 1st steamboat i have here in Singapore and the most expensive steamboat i've ever had.... Malaysia stuff is really alot cheaper... It's a steamboat buffet... still, I love the steamboat buffet Yuen @ Sunway better as there have more choices there.. We ate as much as we can... n later start staring at the steamboat since i'm already overloaded with food.

We finished eating around 9pm and started walking from bugis to Orchard again.. My 3rd time walking the same route in 1 day.. (speechless") We need to digest... that's why we walk.. oh.. we have another drinking session at The Rouge @ Orchard. Well, they plan to go Acid Bar at 1st, but then it's really packed.. Most of the place is full house, so in the end, we sat, drink and chat at The Rouge. This time with more people.. n the main point is.. our dearest lecturer, kelly invited us for the drink.. so must go lo.. (he mention not to say he bring us there de.. how can wo) My 1st night life here oso le... n 1st time goin to this kind of place.. in kl we mostly have yum cha session only.... but this time, they order jug of tequila.. n i have around 2 cups of it.. we chat until 12am and later kelly is leaving and asked us to continue partying.. he got motive de la.. belanja us drink this time round and said we next week gotta suffer... will push us real hard for our work... Suzana, Marie and Ann continue to party at another place while the rest of us went back.. I am extremely exhausted with all the activities in 1 day... It's a good experience for me with so many 1st time in 1 day...

My blog have been resting for quite some times.. 1st is because i m too bz. 2nd, no mood to blog. 3rd, the connection @ our hostel is EXTREMELY LOUSY.. complain liao n yet no action taken! but since now i m at lazying at home.. i'll update my blog.. hehe..

the jury 2 is over.. YEAH! Happy but not happy.. complicated feeling... there is still a jury 3 to go.. pray hard for me! really hope that i wont fail.. ai! i came back on thurs morning taking konsortium bus from S'pore to KL-Pudu. dun hav class on thurs n fri.. so i think it's a perfect time to come back here for a break.. yeah.. i really need a break after such 'mood' n pressure at S'pore. really hope tat this kind of study life will b over sooner... keep reminding myself tat 1 year will pass real fast.. but still sometimes will keep wondering when will it b over... n will i really get through this year???

The flower of this plum tree is actually snow flakes.. nice right? well.. they like our idea. but in the end we din win.. the excuse is.. coz they r worry about the construction.. lame excuse.. really.. hmm.. still, i think our idea is the best.. so must post out... dun wan them 2 steal our idea!!!! it's really not fair! well.. i guess design is like this.. in the end, the hotel sponsor our dinner for our effort.. and i ate steak.. n chicken soup. the soup is yummy.. steak so so only lo... but still, we enjoy ourselves during the meal.. really relaxing but in the end still gotta go back to the REAL world.. haha.. overall, it's a good experience.

Since our plan is spoiled... we end up going to Suntec City to visit the World Largest Fountain which is called the Fountain of Wealth. Singapore really lOvE fountain. Most of the shopping complexes have fountain or water.. yeah... Chinese believe in Feng Shui..

then later, we walked from suntec to nlb.. went there to continue our research on our topic. NLB bcome our 2nd home liao. Around 6, we wanted to take bus to orchard.. but then the bus took so long to come and so, we end up walking to orchard.. singapore is small.. every place is like within walking distance.. the important part is you must be able to walk walk and walk.. so whoever wanted to come here must be able to take on the challenge in walking! haha.. that the lifestyle here.. public transport - bus, mrt or walking. Be prepared!

there is a lion dance competition @ Orchard.. and so we go and have a look.. Orchard road is full of ppl.. so crowded.. we also went to kinokuniya, takashimaya, and borders.. WINDOW SHOPPING! Kinokuniya there is really full of books.. alot of books.. if only i m rich... :P started dreaming already..

Went to NLB for research class today. Hmm... I will be doing my research on the spaces in science fiction. Got tonne of books for me to read! and that must be done in the library since all the books are in the reference area. ARGH! Didnt really read much today since waiyin came to find me later. We had lunch at Waterloo Street and later went to Chinatown, then Clarke Quay. Really din c her for quite times.. both of us were bz with our own stuffs.. Glad that we still keep in touch.

After walking walking and still walking, her legs get tired and so she went back while me and waili continue lepaking at bugis.. since it is still not yet 6pm, (SAM is free of charge from 6pm to 9pm on Friday) so we end up having "ice" break with ice kacang and cocktail jelly. And then, lepaking at bugis street.. Around 6pm, we walked to Singapore Art Museum (SAM) as there is the exhibition done by Zaha Hadid. We cant seem to find the exhibition although we are already in the museum.. and i end up asking at the info counter.. n guess what she said?? "Follow the white line." Really cant get what she mean at 1st.. after a while only realise what she mean.. n by then only i know there is a purpose for the so called "white line" to be there..

Thursday

Took thurs night train back home from JB. Ate fried kuey teow for dinner. Really cheap compare 2 S'pore. Wanna shop after that but the shops in CS close already. The feel in JB and Singapore really different.. Thought can sleep in train, but really difficult to sleep. only manage to close my eyes without real sleep! And there are those two 'baka', noisy, inconsiderate indian in the train. At 1st, they watch their DVD with such loud noise (like scare that we cannot hear), then later talk loud and laugh out loud without caring a bit of what the other people are doing! Really idiot....

Friday
Reach central at 7.30am.. Din really sleep, so cannot consider waking up early.. took ktm back home and later went sri melur for breakfast. roti canai and teh tarik. yum yum... it's like a food trip back home.. eating eating and eating.. really miss the food there. Ok.. to keep it short, i've ate fried kuey teow, roti canai, teh tarik, nasi tomato, chocolate, vietnam food, ice cream cake, rojak, pan mee, nasi lemak, pamelo, pineapple, McD.... during the few days. We went wins to buy art stuff in the afternoon.. Shopping in that shop for around 1 hour.. n spend around RM300 1 shot. The auntie surely love us de.. haha.. We bought tonne of stuff.. luckily am able to carry back here... although is really heavy.. worth the effort though!

Saturday
Hmm.. forgot what I did.. haha.. Yum cha with Yan and Pei Joo at Kopitiam in Taipan. Before that ate at Vietnamese kitchen to celebrate ah boy birthday. Pre celebration..

Sunday
We shopped real fast in such a short time on sun. Went summit, then later taipan. Stopped by at Guardian, da pao McD for dinner, bought moon cake and some breads at Baker's Cottage, then bought a birthday cake for boy.. as he wishes... strawberry ice cream cake.. although other cakes looks more attempting to me.. The bus back to Sg took forever to reach.. around 8 hours.. Why? because it stopped 1 hour at seremban. Not many people going singapore. That's why end up fetching people to JB also.. During that 1 hour, we went McD @ Terminal 1 and pack the Chicken McNugget Set.. geng le.. still can find McD in Seremban.. haha.. n guess what? We picnic in the bus.. while waiting for the bus to continue the journey... we ate ate ate and ate... n after 1 hour, the bus finally move... and that is when we almost finish the food! luckily we are happy with the McD with us, if not surely curse the bus.. the seats is real comfortable, very big space, and got tv to watch.. and it only cost RM28 from Shah Alam to Singapore.. But if you are in a hurry, never ever take the triton bus. The bus stopped at Geyland Serai in Singapore, which is really near to our hostel.. but it's already around 2 am.. and so we took a cab back to the hostel.. Really tiring journey!

Sentosa Pahlawan Beach

Last night, JY persuaded us to go Sentosa Pahlawan Beach with her and her friends. Since it has been a long time since I last visited Sentosa, (I went there in Primary 6 or Form1 which is a long long time ago, cant really remember) I've decided to go. (Dun really have choice, do we? :P)

Wake up early in the morning at 8am. Argh! still really sleepy and the weather is too good for me to sleep on. But no choice, gotta wake up. Reach Paya Lebar MRT around 9.40am. Suppose to be there at 9.30am. Hehe.. not my fault. So dun look at me. We take mrt to Harbour Front and from there, took bus to Sentosa.

We din bring extra clothings or swimming suit. They wonder what we are goin to do there. Well, we play volleyball for a short while, shoot plenty pictures (wont miss out this part de), watch a monkey show at the amphitheatre, walk around at the beach. Now, my hand is in 'black green' stage because of the volleyball. ai.. never play volleyball again..

Around 3pm, we took bus back to Harbour front. From there, we took bus to Tampines. This bus really take forever to reach. At least an hour! I think we have a ride in most of the area at the east side, jurong, serangoon, eunos, bedok, bla bla bla before reaching Tampines. My second time at Tampines.. Still the same, with lots of ppl!

Whole Sunday gone just like that. And now I am attracted to the deal Air Asia offer! Aiseh.. Why cant I just go for trip instead of suffering here with tonne of assignment? Wouldnt it be good if everyday is holiday?

Seremban 牛腩粉

I've ate Seremban 牛腩粉 since I was young. Everytime when we go Seremban, we wouldn't miss the chance to savour this dish. My family's all time favourite. Mom ate it since she was young too. Today only I realised that it is not the one and only stall there at Seremban Pasar. There is another stall here at Marine Parade foodcourt. I get to know from the advertisement in paper which they pin up at the stall. (A lot of food in Singapore been awarded with different award.. and are advertised on paper.. but not all nice de.. really! but still they will pin up those paper cutting at their stall) I ate the 牛腩粉 coz I wanna see whether it tastes the same. Result is... YES! But price wise still Seremban better RM4-5 while here $3-4. Still, not easy to satisfy with the food here lo.. EXPENSIVE and not all taste good! I've already got a list of food that I wanna eat when I go back..

hav research studies @ 10am today. after few minutes of listening, began to get real drowsy. Really long time din listen to lecture i guess.. cant help it. luckily still am able to keep my eyes open till the end..

@2.30pm, richard n eugene presented their work.. 2 examples 2 show us.. shouldnt they let us see some of those works earlier? before the jury?? We were having a hard time coz we really dunno what we are require to do.. and what they will produce.. their work style really different here.. wanna c the whole process in design... all of the works done. not just the final product. if ariff is here, he will surely said: "get to the point!" instead of letting us dragging on and on on the process. n i think this sch really see the number of works done.. quantity rather than quality?? isit? tat's wat we felt.. if peijoo here, i think she will enjoy it with all those manual drawing and model.. her favourite stuff.. for me, i still prefer autocad n 3d drawing. say no to model!

after the so called 'class', walked back to the room coz we dun wanna carry all those model along. then, went to holiday inn atrium to meet dad. reach there around 6pm. dun hav direct bus to reach there so we took bus to chinatown then take a taxi there.. thx mum for the stuffs that she've packed and dad for bringing it down here.. hehe.. now i got stocks that can last for few months.. hehe.. GOOD! GREAT! holiday inn atrium is quite a nice holiday inn compare to malaysia de holiday inn..

Been busy preparing for the jury1 lately. Hopefully all will go just fine tomorrow. Cant wait till it ends so that we can celebrate! Hooray! Oops.. a bit early to celebrate now. Just bear with few more hours.. after a good night sleep... and after the presentation... then must get a good rest! Have fun and celebrate!

Just did my printing today at Poster Connection, Sunshine Plaza. Cost me $30 for 6 A2 board (printing plus lamination). Bought the sandwich board separately since that can b reuse for other jury. There is still jury 2 and 3 to go. We were like preparing for our final sem presentation in limkokwing. Doin such big board, layout, arrangement, printing... Really envy those ppl who is so FREE! Well, maybe we shouldnt think this way. But really cant help it. Keep wondering why they are so free when we were EXTREMELY BUSY.... Saturday and Sunday is like hell.. keep on doin work work and still work. And finally can get some rest now.. physically but not mentally... since dunno wat will happen tomorrow.. must b PREPARED!!

Oh.. we got a new room mate. A gal from indonesia who is younger than us, studying marketing at informatic. She speaks English.. so it's not as bad as the Mongolian girl. We dun even know tat she move out till the guy come n clean up her stuff and told us there will be a new girl coming in. The mongolian came here for holiday actually. Then study english along the way. A doctor wei.. dun play play.. too bad we got communication prob.. oh.. get to know this from her friend..

Another weird thing in our room.... Hmm.. not weird.. but really a coincidence.. All the laptop in our room is the SAME! Dell inspiron 6400.. haha.. real funny right?? people who come in our room will definitely think that the hostel sponsor this laptop or sth... if not how come the laptop is all the same.. hahaha..

Total time for the queue: 40 minutes!!! Crazy right?? There are quite alot of old books at the library sales. 1 book cost $2 and 1 pack of magazine $5. Cant get the magazine that we want. Those magazine mostly for IT, business.... Just not what we want. We end up buying fiction and some travel guides.. I try to find the NZ lonely planet but cant seem to find it. There are a lot of lonely planet guide for other place, other country but just not NZ.. Wondering if i got so much time for my story books.. hmm... Me n Waili bought 26 books all together which cost $52. Really really heavy. Dun hav any weighing machine in my room, if not i'll surely go n weight it.. Really really heavy.

MRT is always full of ppl. We stand inside till we din realise we have miss the station that we suppose to go down. Finally get down at Lavender and take the other way mrt back to Paya Lebar. Cant even see the signboard at the station with all those head around and there are no voice to let u know that which station is this! Packed like sardin fish inside tat mrt on the way back to Paya Lebar.. although is just a few station away!

tired, sleepy yet still awake

slept at 5 sth, almost 6am 2day morning. y? all his fault.. last minute ask me 2 draw 3d.. real cham.. thought can sleep early at 1st but end up sleeping so 'early'. n 2day we hav the research talk at NLB. only slept few hours.. luckily am still able to wake up and din sleep during the talk.. i m still awake now even though my mind, brain is working slower than usual. after the library talk and tour, we went to do some research on our topic. I watched 1 tape on lion dancing and another vcd on singapore lion dance. Well, it's been a really long time since i last watch tape. Primary sch perhaps. the quality of the show is bad. not clear. but it is the 1 and only copy there.. just like tat 1 and only book which took me such a long time 2 find it! The tape is actually not bad coz it introduce alot on the traditional movement and even showing how to make the lion head. the bad things is the tape is also in the reference session which is impossible for me 2 have a copy of that info. The same goes to the vcd.. but i'll try bringing my laptop so tat i can copy it in.. hehe.. We were like suffering in the library. We watched the video till around 2pm and we were cold and hungry in there. Plus we did not have enough sleep the previous night, it really seems like a torture. We get out the library in hurried and have a feel of the sunlight for it warmness. Then later, went to waterloo street to have our lunch. Ate the 水糕 and 菜头糕 for lunch. Ate lots of flour.. haha.. That 水糕 taste good. I really seldom praise the food here coz i've taste some weird food such as the nasi lemak and also kon loo mee. Never ever come Singapore for their nasi lemak.. It's not nasi lemak actually. The nasi lemak here is like mix rice only that the rice itself is nasi lemak. Then the kon loo mee... ai.. never in my life i ate such bad taste kon loo mee.. After our late lunch, we walked to sim lim square. Although we go to bugis area quite often, we are still not very familiar with the road. We know that it's nearby but we just cant seem to find it. So near yet so far. Ai.. luckily got a Singapore Map which really helps us alot. All because of the map we can walk from destination A to destination B. Went to Sim Lim Square to do market survey again. After that, we hoop on bus 12 to get to LasalleSIA. No class today actually. But still, we need to return a red spot book. We just went there to return the book and later walk back to the hostel.

It's Singapore 41st birthday today. No big deal about it. Am pleased course it's holiday. But i guess no big different for me eh? Been working for the whole day in my room without stepping out of this hostel!! Not even for lunch or dinner. There will be another presentation on next Monday and again, we are producing documentary - which is video lo.. If there is still a next time doing this kind of things, I should consider changing course liao. Instead of interior design i should take course on video editing or maybe b a director myself T.T

The MOVEMENT of the LION

Going to be crazy soon watching its movement. Been watching the 12th Malaysia National Lion Dance Championship 2005 since i woke up till just now around 3pm.. 3 VCD. Not easy to finish watching it. I almost slept watching it. Real glad after I finally finish watching the 1st piece, 2nd piece and 3rd piece. Have a short nap after each piece.. haha.. really watch till too sleepy.. I ate my breakfast then later have lunch while I am watching it. geng hor.. hmm.. hopefully it will be useful for my next presentation... ARGH! Din do anything except watching that!! It's like i m goin to fei for the whole day again today! HOW CAN??!

Shopping Spree @ JB

As planned, we went to JB yesterday. I woke up around 9am but around 10 sth only we push off. coz u know lo.. those ppl real mo de.. haha.. Reach JB around 12. 1st destination, City Square. I bought a VCD on lion dance (RM29.90) at Popular there. Really hard to find CD or books on lion dance in Singapore. It likes it's already extinct. I also bought a cable lock at RM12. Oh, we have Mc Donald for lunch. Filet O Fish Burger. Yum yum... Waili really MISS her Mc Donald too much. When we are in Singapore, she really controls herself not 2 eat McD huh? hehehe.. finally u got a bite on it! Then later around 3pm, Wilfred fetchs us to Tmn U to buy some art stuff. Previously tat shop is called rainbow but now it's not. Thx alot for the ride! really long long time din seat in car liao.. After purchasing some art stuffs and stationaries there, we have a look at his new house which is still under renovation. (Just sit in the car and glance through) Then, he drop us off at Tampoi Giant coz he need 2 return the car 2 his friend. He still havent get his new car.. We shopped again of coz. Bought some bread, biscuits, and some other stuffs.. We catch a taxi back to CS which cost RM10 later and have dinner at sushi king with all the stuffs that we bought. We really susah payah carried all those stuff pass the kastam n carry it all the way to S'pore.. really an ordeal. Not light wei.. We got a lot of weird stare along the way! Those fellow never see ppl carried so much stuff in their life huh??

They will be having their convocation at S'pore expo 2morrow. N so, tonight is the night to let the hair down.. hahaha.. if that's how they call it. Hmm.. Ok.. summary of what happened this week.. Monday

Got presentation. It stated there documentary. So, we did a video on our topic. Mine is about lion dance. Glad that we no need 2 speak! haha.. The video speaks it for me! N kelly said we introduced a new kind of presentation.. said till like we always did video. Well, nope! My 1st time doing video presentation. Last time I only did video for the fun of it.. But not for PRESENTATION!

Tuesday

Have tutorial with alex n kelly. Sigh.. gotta change my site. At first plan to use the old Tong Chai Building at Eu Tong Sen Street. Then both of them oso said the space is too narrow for lion dance. Ok.. So will be going to Sculpture Square for a look 2morrow n see whether the place is suitable for my project.

Wednesday

Sculpture Square opens at 11am. Weird. Dunno how they do their business. Open so late n close so early. We took bus from the hostel to bugis. More familiar with the bus now. Still, there is 2 many numbers.. cant really remember all of it!! We walked to Sculpture Square n took some picture of the outside since it's still not open. Then later, went to find the place tat the librarian gave me. A wu shu centre. When i finally found it, it's not open.. really wonder how they do business. The whole complex is like not open n with no one around except for those at ground floor! Went back to Sculpture Square again later and shoot some photos. Only 1 gallery can take photo and at other place photography is not allowed. We went to Brash Basah Complex where there is a lot of chinese books and art shop there. I tried to find books or VCD on lion dance but there seem to be none selling this kind of things. They have all the other topic like chinese chess, wei qi, wu shu, bla bla bla but just not lion dance. Really a forgotten culture!! Real difficult to find! Then later on, it started to rain. N we need to hurry or else will be late for class. Luckily we are only about half n hour late n when we reach there, Kelly is in the midle of lecturing..

Thursday (that's today)

Din really do anything. Last night I did a concept model and it turns out that it looks like mushroom to me. haha.. Dunno y Kelly ask me to continue what i do in class today. Mayb he see me so busy drawing plan kua. Really got no idea how i should apply the so 'chim' movement in my interior.. Oh ya.. tat reminds me to look at Zaha Hadid's work. Old me.. keep forgetting what i wanna do..

Guess that's all for now. Will be having bbq tomorrow at the East Coast Park. N next wed thurs is also HOLS! n will go JB this SAT! Glad that we finally can go shopping and the Shopping Carnival there is waiting for us :P Must go n buy some stuffs for the concept model making.. the stuffs here only can be describe by this word - EXPENSIVE!

DAMN! been going library for these few days. The idea of having the 1st week free seem impossible. On the 1st day of school, we already got plenty of work to do. We have 2 subjects this semester which are design studio 3a and research methodology. Here's my timetable.

Studio is basically a time of our own to do our assignment. The style of learning here is different. We gotta do work in class. That's what the studio time is for. We got our very own table since there are only 16 of us in the class including 3 Malaysian (me, waili & another from New Era College), 2 indonesian, 1 swedish, 1 from China, 1 from Sri Lanka, 1 from Mexico and the other is Singaporean. Alex is a angmo lecturer. We heard that he is a strict lecturer and like Paul Moss (M'sian idol judge), he speaks whatever that comes to his mind. After his lecture on Tuesday, I find it difficult to understand his joke.. He also got the angmo style of praising people before he criticise. K.Lee or Kelly, this lecturer leave a better impression for students. A more fei lecturer. But I quite like the idea that he gave me which will lead to my topic today 'the most DIFFICULT book i ever find.. 舞狮技艺'. Just read on.. Among the 3 of them, Suhan is the "soi"iest lecturer who look down on limkokwing students. She left us with a very bad impression since the orientation. I guess everyone also don't like her. (Shouldnt say I guess, it's a fact!) Our research lecturer, Jacinta, hmm.. still dun really know her except that she is quite long winded.

Ok, back to the topic now. Today is the 2nd time I visit the National Library @ Bugis area. I am doing research on lion dance. It's not that difficult to find information if it's on those history, origin, style of the lion and ceremony. The critical part is what K.Lee asked me to do. I got to do research on the movement, formation and style of lion dancing. Although the idea seems to be quite interesting, but the process of information hunting is torturing. There are none related to that topic at Lasalle library. On net, there is only the name of the style without a clearer picture of what it is like exactly. When I finally found a book name 'The Dance of the Lion' in the database at national library, I went searching for the books and am not able to find it! When i asked the person in charge at the 8th floor (we were at the 8th floor which is a reference area for art n bussiness ), that person told me the book is at the rare book area at 11th floor which is a restricted/protected book and I need to send an email to get the approval to get the book. I decided to email to get the approval at 1st. But luckily, my 6th sense told me that I should go to the 11th floor and ask the person in charge there. And guess what, the person just ask me to fill in a form and write down the name of the book that I want and they will find it for me! Hmm.. excited since I will get to see, not excited since it may not contain the info I am looking at, but still felt lucky as I didnt listen to the 8th floor fellow. Hmm.. My sixth sense is right! It is really not the book i want!! it's a fiction!! really going to faith. Too many obstacle in the way of hunting for those information! Later, I asked the person in charge on the 11th floor regarding the information I need and she is real helpful. She helped me to search for the books regarding lion dance. Together, we search on all the things we can think of. There is some article on Straits Times paper that I could use but not really the thing that I want. We search here and there for quite long, then finally, we found a book in chinese named 舞狮技艺. (search on the database la!) It's on the 9th floor. Ok, here I goes again.. to the 9th floor and hunting for the book. When i finally found the book, I just glance through. Since it's almost 8pm by then. It is a book in traditional chinese wording. Going to loan the book!! Please please please let me to loan it! Not an easy task le.. still gotta translate it.

Wow.. too long winded liao.. Dun hav time to update u guys so often. Can spare some time for this blog now coz 2morrow got no proper class.. what i mean by no proper class is no design or the research class. Will be having ID induction and library research talk 2morrow morning. There will be a workshop induction in the afternoon. okok.. that's all for now.

Singapore River

It's already 23rd of July and our class will be starting tomorrow. Today is the last day for us to play hard.. and i guess later on should concentrate on study. Play hard and study hard. Yeah.. My motto.. haha.. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.. This idiom goes to me too.. hehe..
We went to Singapore River for a visit around 3 o'clock. We visited Raffles, the Merlion, Esplanade, Boat Quay and some places around Singapore River. Of course, we shoot a lot of photos. This time, a lot of imitation.. haha.. The vehicle no '11' is really useful here in Singapore. We walked alot today. Hmm.. not only today. Is EVERYDAY.

We ate an ice cream along the way. Yum yum.. mint flovor ice cream taste extremely delicious in such a hot weather. We ate our lunch at the food court outside our hostel before we push off to Singapore River. Or should said tea break. haha.. Slept till quite today. 11am.. I think the most geng person in sleeping is our Mongolian room mates, she slept earlier than us yesterday and today, when i woke up, she is still in bed.. really pei fu her.. As for our late dinner (or should call it supper?), we ate tuna sandwiches.

Oh, and this morning, I've been exploring the blog skin things.. Actually I've got a new blog skin already.. But then it's still under construction. So, I still didn't change my template. These CSS, HTML stuff really not my field.. Have been exploring for quite some times. It takes quite a while to understand and uses a lot of eyes power.. Maybe will need a spectacles soon if I keep on doing such things. Or contact lens perhaps.. hahaha.. Cant imagine myself wearing spectacles.. Hmm.. The only spec i wear is sunglasses!

A visit to East Coast Park

I've stayed in the hostel from yesterday (whole day) till today afternoon. We wanna go out but cant think of anywhere 2 go. We planned to go to JB today at 1st. In fact, we dun really hav anything 2 do there. So till the end, we decided not to go. We decided to go to East Coast Park instead. We got no idea how 2 get there, but it seems like not far away from the hostel. CK from the management office told us we could either take a bus no 197 or take a walk there. It will only takes 15 to 20 minutes.. n so, we walked there. Not far away, really.. at least better than the walk to Lasalle. haha.. It's a nice park with plenty of activities for all. Roller skating, cycling, bbq, swimming, jogging... n it is also a heaven for couples! Mostly youngster there. Either with friends or family. The park stretches along the coastline. We didn't get to c the whole park as our stomach din feel well n it's quite a big place. Not easy to find a washroom there! We gotta walked for so long before we finally see the washroom. N it's such a small one! We waited patiently 4 our turn.. Such a big park with such a small washroom! Maybe there is still some other washroom there but we dunno. Ai, my stomach still not feeling very good.. dunno wat makes our stomach felt this way! I still able to enjoy the breezy wind at tat sandy beach though. Can visit it more often when we are free as it is quite near. The water is not advisable to swim as there are quite alot of rubbish there :P Who say singapore is clean??

Digital Fortress

Just finish reading Digital Fortress by Dan Brown. This is the 2nd Dan Brown's book i've read. Suddenly in the mood of reading his book.. 1st book i've read is Da Vinci Code. Both are ebook. I still prefer the conventional type of reading. Can lie on the sofa or bed to read. more comfortable n enjoyable. reading e book in front of the pc not so suang.. Da Vinci Code's book is interesting than the movie. Remember the first time I watched it late at night, I watch untill I fell asleep. I also dunno I watch till where. hehe.. luckily the 2nd time din sleep.. if i sleep again i wont watch for the 3rd time.. haha.. Both of his book also got cryptographer. he is really into this kind of thing huh.. hmm.. not bad la.. quite interesting. at least his book keep me occupied for some times.. if not also dunno wat to do here. at 1st plan 2 go out in the evening today de.. then the dell ppl send the adapter here for waili. Hmm.. change the adapter. In the end also lz 2 go out. The way tat fellow talk damn funny.. Oh ya, I din mention tat we gotta a new room mate from mongolia right? Hmm.. Actually she came here few days ago de.. she like very cham.. but then we also can do nth.. since we still cannot communicate with her. She dunno how 2 speak english n mandarin.. n we dunno her language. We only know her name is Sarah n she came here 2 learn english. tat's all.. Other than tat, we really dunno. really cham de.. c her always sleep sleep n sleep only.. dun hav other things 2 do.. we all brought so many stuffs here while she only got 1 luggage.. n everytime wearing the same shirt de.. really look real cham.. aiai.. This is the 1st time i participate in orientation. Nothing special about it. It started with a video presentation on the new campus. Following that is speech and briefing. We have a break around 11am where we looked around the college and fill in the 'get to know the campus contest'. While we were at the canteen to eat our lunch (drink the lemon tea n eat the chipmore they provide), there is the group stomp performance by the Faculty of Performing Arts.

went to ICA to do my student pass 2day. we walked from katong hostel to paya lebar mrt station.. then later take mrt to lavender n then to ica... the queue is extremely long when we reach there.. but still better than yesterday coz it's moving.. after taking the number, we waited inside till it's our turn.. waited waited n waited.. really testing our patience here.. always also need to queue.. n the number not in sequence de.. weird system they got.. who said singapore government is efficient?? i dont think so.. mayb a bit better than malaysia.. but still not tat efficient.. after waiting for quite long, only is our turn.. they took my passport, in principle letter, medical checkup report, n certified the cert.. n later, ask us 2 come back at 2.. read on.. then u'll know y i said they r not efficient.. we went bugis for lunch n walk around there. went to c our new campus.. still under construction..

Went back 2 ICA at 2 o'clock.. according to the fellow earlier, she asked us to wait for our no to be called.. we waited waited n waited.. n i asked another staff there.. she said will start calling us around half n hour.. their half n hour is extremely long.. after watching the Mr. Bean there.. i beh tahan liao.. went washroom.. n went back 2 c the no.. still not moving.. n then i went downstair.. look at their cafeteria n went to the ica gallery.. just glance through.. in no mood 2 study in detail.. then later went back 2 my seat n wait... still not my no.. after wat it seems like ages later.. i memang cannot tahan seating there liao.. so i ask the fellow at the counter.. the same fellow who did my thing earlier.. n this time.. she asked me 2 go back 2 my seat n will call me shortly.. ok.. n when my no is called... she told me tat we shouldnt wait for the no.. should go directly to the counter n ask whether our student pass is done.. weird! this is not wat she said earlier.. really frustrated.. after YEARS of waiting only told me this.. went out real fast after settle our student pass.. dun ever want to go to tat place again.. if can avoid it.. tat's y i said s'pore gov not efficient at all!!

went back 2 paya lebar station after tat.. n went to the singapore post there to have a look.. the bld is cool!

aihs.. thought tat singapore should b more efficient.. guess i m wrong.. it took us around half n hour 2 reach the coll.. walking there.. really gd exercies.. must do at least 1 hour walking daily.. go there n come back.. can keep fit here i guess.. hahaha.. (must look at the bright side)

when we reach there, there is a really really long queue there.. so we oso line up n wait for our turn.. it seems to me like ages later, we only manage to get into the auditorium.. n it's still not our turn yet.. just imagine standing outside for so long.. n it is so hot n stuffy out there.. wat they do is provide us with the mineral water only.. after tat only manage to go inside n still waiting.. but this time seating there.. waiting till my name is call. surrounded by sri lanka ppl at the place where i sit.. sri lanka girl bside me, sri lanka guy behind me, n in front a sri lanka guy also. then another side is a guy from nepal. then bside him is another guy from sri lanka.. it just took less than 1 minute to settle my thing.. they only photostate my passport!! waiting for so long just for tat.. n now.. gotta queue again at the next station, to get a signature to proof tat u pay!! real stupid.. after this, go n queue up again for photo taking session. photo for the student card.. after waiting waiting n still waiting, i m bore 2 dead n already in no mood for the photo.. so the end result for my student card's photo is ugly lo.. not satisfy.. they already shoot 2 times.. n still... after tat, went to get my in principle approval letter n proceed to the next station to get my student card.. then last stop to fill in the survey form. oh ya.. we oso go a place call DAA to collect the schedule for our course.. 5 days a week.. dunno wat the studio means oso.. got research methology, design n design thinking.. 5 days oso got class..

after me n waili finish tat, we still gotta wait for jy.. she is still waiting at the station for the payment! we walk around the college n shoot some photo.. since got nth 2 do except waiting.. here some pictures.. .

Will b going to S'pore 2morrow.. ai.. still havent finish packing.. lz 2 think wat else 2 bring.. Still dun hav any special feeling.. dunno y.. haha.. mayb is s'pore kua.. nearby country.. Must do my last minute packing liao! tat's y today i so guai.. dun hav any plan 2 go anywhere.. hehehe.. this week has been a bz week.. monday watch superman @ GSC Summit, ate Shakey's pizza there, then at night yum cha with moongloo & weijun. Then Tues went for some to do shopping n settle some stuffs.. Pizza for Lunch.. Domino Pizza. Tat's y i wanna SAY NO TO PIZZA!! continuosly 2 days eating pizza.. then Wed we went to Cineleisure.. Plan 2 watch movie de.. but when we go there there's no movie 2 watch! The screening for RV is over.. then we dun wanna watch those horror movie.. so end up shopping @ The Curve.. haha.. then at night went to Kota Kemuning McD yum cha.. coz of Chu hong lo.. if not oso wont go Kota Kemuning de.. he keep saying tat Bkt Rimau is a place for the retired! haha.. tat's y gam u la.. :P then yesterday, went to watch Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest - harta orang mati! real funny to see the translation in BM.. it really sounds bad! The movie is funny, but i still prefer the 1st episode. This episode dun hav an ending! Coz they r preparing for the 3rd episode.. so gotta wait till dunno when only can watch the ending.. Then later we planned to eat steamboat with our coursemate de.. but then those fellow last minutes din turn up.. n all also last minute said cannot de.. y cant u all inform earlier??? wat to do.. tat's their style! so end up only me, JY n Peijoo. World Cup Season Finally OVER!

Finally, the world cup season is over! although i m not a football fan, but then i still stay up in the morning to watch the final match - Italy vs France! thought can sleep at 4 de.. but then unable to do so coz of the extra time n the penalty. ai.. the result --> not enough sleep!! slept till 9 sth then awaken by the phone! not my alarm.. jamie called.. ai.. then later sleep till around 10 n wake up.. went summit for lunch n later watch superman. nowadays dunno y everyone keep asking me to eat eat eat only.. it really sounds like i will suffer hunger there in s'pore.. then at nite go yum cha with jamie n wei jun.. all of us so tire but still go out.. all bcoz of the football lo.. Glad tat ur season is over!

really full now.. just had my dinner @ 3 star, Klang - 2jiu favourite place for seafood.. haha.. mum said it's my earlier 21st birthday celebration wo... going to be 21st in few more days.. we had fish, pork, chicken, crab n vege.. yum yum.. (wei sis, purposely write for u 2 c de oo.. really delicious.. i eat on ur behalf.. hehe.. u enjoy ur maggi mee there la.. :P) the food not bad lo.. n oso cheap.. 10 of us eating only cost RM120.. hmm.. 2 jiu keep asking me 2 eat more.. said later go s'pore eat mix rice only.. haha.. then mum lagi teruk.. said i eat maggi mee.. ai.. mayb i really should bring 1 whole year de stock there liao.. hehehe... :P

nowadays go shopping shopping n shopping only.. fri went to pyramid, sat went to 1u, n 2day went 2 midvalley.. bought liao reebok de walking shoe oo.. my 1st reebok.. hehe.. mom oso bought 1.. really got lots of new stuff liao.. hehe.. new laptop (my birthday present from mom n dad, thx ya!), my 1st ever nike laptop bag, 1st reebok shoes.. wat else? hmm.. still want a camera (panasonic lumix fx01.. aiming for tat.. any better model?) nope, no point buying new handphone although phone there is much cheaper with phone line registration.. let dad c which one he want lo.. i prefer camera.. wahaha.. then ar.. laptop hardisk.. 70G in this laptop like not enough le.. did i ask for 2 much? guess so.. ok la.. must be satisfy with wat i have now.. buy 2 much then later need 2 bring 2 many things there.. argh! still havent change sing currency! must pack pack pack all my stuff liao!

Finally collect my medical report liao.. nth special.. i m healthy.. hahaha :P suppose to collect it yesterday, but when i go with JY yesterday, they cant find our report.... so we said we'll come back later 2 collect n they said they'll called after they find the report.. lousy clinic... luckily still able 2 find.. if not gotta do checkup for 2nd time.. alot of cells died for the x ray liao.. n oso lose alot of blood.. hahaha.. but still dunno which blood group i belong to.. ai... oo.. i din go back 2 the clinic yesterday coz we went to redbox sing k later.. 12-3pm.. then later shopping with her.. really shopping with an auntie.. hahaha.. i dare not go 2 the part selling pc thing liao.. luckily for her coz she still bought a printer... but not after walking here n there for few rounds... then later she hunt for her laptop bag lagi.. go here n there... all oso not nice n expensive.. then i suggest 2 go parkson 2 hav a look.. n guess wat.. really got cheap laptop bag inside.. the laptop bag she bought only cost 40 plus plus after 50% discount. memang cheap.. but i still like my one better... hehehe :P i m at pyramid almost wholeday yesterday la.. after sing k, go shopping, after shopping go for dinner with 2ndary sch frens.. we went teppanyaki for dinner. only four of us, me, siew sin, sharon n vivian.. both of them oso surprise vivian turn up.. well, i dun coz i know ma.. hahaha..

YESTERDAY

was a happy day. went to work even though it is already 1st of July.. y? ask my boss lo.. he dun wanna let me off ma.. aiseh.. but then, sth out of expectation happened.. around almost 1pm, when i m about 2 leave the office, he came back. then i pass him the thing i've finished.. n then told him tat i wont b goin 2 work on mon as i wanna go for medical checkup. he told me tat the new designer will start work on wed.. then said if tues need my help will call me.. ok.. i m ok with tat.... thx 2 the new designer, if not he surely wont let me off so soon de.. haha.. after tat, i m in real gd mood.. :P since mostly no need 2 work liao.. wahhaha..

went 2 seremban 2 celebrate grandpa's birthday. it's sort of like a family gathering, all gather under 1 roof n have dinner there. we went there n came back on the same day as sis will fly on the 2nd. really laugh alot there.. haha.. 1st, lihyen being the model.

he belanja us to eat steamboat for lunch.. at 1st me n the clerk plan 2 go pizza hut to eat 2day de.. she said she wanna belanja me ma.. but since boss wanna belanja of coz we go lo.. we went to the corner shop 金山城 for steamboat ar.. still ok la.. the 麻辣 de soup 2 oily n no taste.. i only eat the herbal de.. should said every one oso eat tat. the soup base not bad lo.. according to tat fellow, the steamboat is 四川 style de.. the sauce quite special.. not bad.. the food normal lo.. it's my 2nd time in tat shop.. the 1st time is not for steamboat.. we go for the set lunch.. actually during lunch hour there is a buffet steamboat which cost RM19.90 de.. but then dunno y eric dun wanna eat buffet style de.. so ma order lo.. hmm.. dunno how much he pay in the end.. but then i know to him is cheap de.. he keep on saying the service there very cha.. but he already been there few times..

actually i m still undecided whether 2 buy a laptop.. but mostly will buy coz more convenient ma.. went low yat yesternite since they said wanna go there. just checking out the laptop.. so now left me to 2 choice lo.. either buying dell inspiron 6400 or the acer aspire 5562. dunno should go for which one.. dell de of coz is much cheaper.. cheaper by few hundred i think..

2day is the last day of may liao.. only left one more month 2 work in this office.. well, i can still blog here tat means i m still very free lo.. not much work 2 do la.. n it's already 11.45am n he is still not here. gd for me.. haha.. whoever wanted such a 'free' designer job can contact him la.. job range: space planning, draw layout plan n perspectives (manual drawing.. he still not high tech enough), sometimes electrical layout, sometimes 2 site (very rare lo), do watever he ask u 2 do.. n oso fei n wait till office hour end.. :P he wanna employ full time de.. really gd of me to advertise for him.. hahaha.. really wondering when only he will get another designer.. wahahaha..

after a hectic week of work, finally here comes a public holiday! labour day!! i take fri off to settle the study thing n sat went for the office as there is still half day work though i got nth 2 do there.. boss not around also.. hav an arguement with the agent.. well, hope the things will go well..

did some shopping on fri, yesterday n today. went to isetan, sogo, 1u. hmm.. but only bought liao 2 shirts n 1 big luggage.. aiai.. guess shopping already bcome a passtime heh.. then today in the evening, went to mines wonderland for nicholas teo (zhang dong liang) qian chang hui. it's worth the visit.. it's been a long time since i last been to mines wonderland.. well, the last time i went there is during primary sch.. so so so many years ago.. bside him, the superstar is oso there.. 1st activities for him after he won the superstar title.. after some singing, there is the signing session. my sis get his autograph! oh ya, this place is better for this kind of event compare to the guang liang de in bkt jalil.. nicer place n can c better.. amphitheatre ma..

after the signing session, we went for a walk in mines wonderland n later watch the musical fountain there. i was fascinated by the dancing water.. really beautiful.. then, there is the ngajat dance performance by the murut tribe. a dance for the mighty warrior.. haha.. it's worth the visit since the tickets is free. hehe.. thx 2 him. if not gotta pay rm30 sth just for the entrace fee.. really really expensive ooo.. ok.. i wont go there oso if there is no free ticket.. haha :P i m broke now!!

went to pikom pc fair at kl convention centre after work yesterday. really alot of ppl goin there.. even the lrt is so full of ppl.. after work, went 2 eat lunch at mayang with shirli, her bro n her fren. after tat, only we take lrt to klcc. then meet with jy n my cousin there. so, there is 6 of us.. no shortcut to go out from tat convention centre even though u dun wanna c all of the fair.. c till eyes oso blur.. so many ppl, so many things 2 c.. i just collect some brochure n c some of the things there. thumbdrive is cheap, only rm99 for 1G de.. aiyo.. last time i bought 512 de already 100++.. aiai.. i already got 1.. so no point buying another.. mayb after few more months the price will drop again.. so no hurry.. hehe.. tat y i say i go there n do market survey only :P n oso c how crowded the place is.. hehe.. then after the pc fair, went klcc 2 meet hanom. then go kinokuniya for a while n take lrt back 2 kelana. we hav our dinner at marco's pizza. gotta wait so long for our turn since we got 8 ppl... no such big table for us.. yan join us for dinner. she is the last to arrive n the 1st 2 leave coz she said gotta b back 2 ipoh.. her bro kena dengki.. kesian kesian.. back 2 the marco restaurant, the design is not bad.. the feel inside n outside is real different. the pizza is quite special n so is the price.. haha.. >< after dinner, time for us to bid gdbye 2 shirli.. yes, tat our point for the dinner actually. since yan say wont c her till she get married.. hahaha.. actually we call other coursemate oso. but peijoo, sookling bz with their assignment, winnie got dinner.. n we call so last minute.. so end up 8 of us.. still not bad la.. haha.. well, wish u all the best ya.. c u next time.. hmm.. dunno when is tat.. enjoy ur life in kuching!!

i bet no one can b so fei like me in the office.. although the work time is from 9.30 till 6.30.. i only did liao work for less than 10 minutes.. geng hor? i oso peifu myself.. can fei liao whole morning.. eric came back b4 lunch time n ask me 2 change a bit of the plan.. well, he knows i m real free (since i flip magazine in front of him..) but he dun expect me to change the plan for whole day right? aiyo.. after lunch i ma change the plan lo.. it takes less than 10 minutes la.. slight changes only ma.. then later continue 2 fei.. cham la.. 2morrow morning gotta continue 2 fei again... i really go 2 the office to show my face only.. left the office at 6 coz i really sien till can fa mei liao.. nth 2 do.. so chao earlier.. haha..

have been looking forward for this trip to Lang Tengah Island. It’s been quite sometimes since I last been to a beach. Lang Tengah Island is situated off the coast of Terengganu. The journey there took us 7 to 8 hours. We push off as early as 1am in the morning. I just slept 1 hour plus that night. Really geng.. we ate our breakfast at Kuala Terengganu. of coz, we go for the famous nasi dagang and nasi kerabu. yummy.. the food there is cheap compare to here.. only RM2.. where to get such price in KL? After breakfast, we went to the jetty at Merang. We walked and have a look around there since we reach there early and will board the boat at 9.30am.. but you know lo, malaysian where got so punctual like us de.. end up around 10am only we ride on the boat.. real suang riding the boat.. very windy but very hot! under the hot sun.. dunno y those mat salleh enjoy sun bathing so much.. ppl here like all also scare of sun de.. hahaha.. the boat ride alone took us around 1 hours.. real suang riding boat.. once u reach there there will use a speed boat to transfer you to the jetty.

Crystal clear sea-water, pristine beaches and untouched tropical jungle. Its arresting beauty can easily captivate you while you are there. After having lunch there, I have a short nap as there will be a snorkelling trip to redang marine park at 2.30pm. According go my sis, the redang marine park not so nice liao compare to last time.. well, i can c oso lo.. alot of coral oso dead liao.. but still got alot of nice fishes la.. some nice coral also.. not much.. the next day, we went for the round island snorkelling trip. there, in the middle of the ocean, u can c much more interesting n nicer coral.. even saw a turtle! we also have a jungle trekking session in the evening. jungle trekking with our slippers! really geng.. my sis lagi geng.. with her 'so call slipper'. i wont forget her knocking me over with her "slipper"!! once u reach rhe place with the batu gajah and all those nice views looking over at redang island, u will feel the walk is worth it.. Its arresting beauty will lingers forever in my memory. An tranquil island indeed. at nite, we listen to the the rhythm of the sea.. relaxing at the deck, and later have our karaoke session. we also play card and learn liao a trick from one of the guy there.. hahaha.. that's briefly about my trip.. took too many photos liao.. we really kua zhang.. brought liao 3 digicam there.. keep on snapping n snapping photos..

WOW! peifu myself.. tat eric want me to finish all those perspective views today.. coz tat bu link house launch at 7AM 2morrow.. n he will b there to giv out those leaflet, brochure... watever u name tat.. and the result is.. i gotta finish all the perspective drawings by today!! i just done the layout yesterday n when i reach the office this morning.. i cant find those layout i print!! so i guess eric take it liao n i reprint it n start drawing lo.. nowadays he is at the office real early oo.. yesterday even earlier than me.. haha.. once i get out of the car i saw him liao.. few steps ahead of me.. hahaha.. eric came 2 the office around 10am 2day.. well i guess he know i wont b there so early la.. :P then he ma tell me change here n there.. luckily i din really start drawing.. gotta change abit of the layout.. then after tat only i pia those drawings lo.. draw liao 9 pieces of the perspective drawings le.. geng hor? 1st time in so so so long time.. b4 lunch only draw liao 2 pieces.. the foyer n dry kitchen.. tat kitchen really took a long time to finish.. then after lunch draw liao so many pieces.. hate to draw the water feature la.. esp the pergola... take such a long time 2 draw.. the eric say 2day i draw very fast somemore.. of coz la.. i dun wanna work OT ma.. but still, 7 sth only i left the office.. nvm.. 2morrow morning hopefully he wont b there so early.. hahaha... then i can fei the whole morning there.. well, wonder y i still need 2 go there 2morrow??

finish my work on sat n this morning i m really 2 free.. got nth 2 do.. fei till 12 sth till eric is back n giv me some works 2 do.. at 1st plan 2 eat lunch at 1 de.. but end up eating at 2 sth.. wat 2 do.. he talk to me for so so so long.. well, not just talking to me but also talking on phone as well. u know lo.. bz ppl got lots of phone call.. i waited patiently while he talked on phone till it ends, then he will start telling me what 2 change.. this procedure go on n on untill he finish all those thing he wanna tell me.. n tat spends more than 1 hour.. can u imagine?? having lunch alone again.. gotta get use to it la.. i spend the morning at the office alone also.. with nth 2 do.. n the alarm trigger itself.. dunno wat happen also..

this week has been a very tiring n bz week. celebrate moongloo birthday at wongkok ss2 yesternite. wow.. the bucket of teh ais is really really huge.... wonder how those 2 can finish it last time.. there is 8 of us.. most of us drink at least 3 glasses.. the only thing interesting about there is the XXXL size teh ais for the birthday gal.. those other food there not nice de.. my advice is dun go there n eat.. haha.. well, will post some pic after i get it from them..

poor me.. gotta work even on sat.. half day work.. gotta finish the tumasek pewter layout n perspectives b4 i leave coz eric will meet the client at 2pm. so i pia those drawing from morning till i leave.. draw liao 4 perspectives n 1 layout in such a short time.. really geng.. he really la.. next time go site then only ask me 2 draw ma.. waste my time n energy only..

waili came to the office later 2 collect her stuffs.. well, her photo is with me n oso the harry potter peijoo ask me 2 pass it back 2 her.. this week i deliver liao many things oo.. send jy her birthday present from peijoo.. then now return ur stuff.. then jy ask me 2 pass peijoo her present oso.. y keep on asking me 2 do such thing ar? next time must got delivery charges liao.. hahaha.. u really got yuan with eric ar.. just few minutes b4 u reach the office he is back liao.. haha.. he know u r back.. purposely come n c u.. hahhaa..

my interview session with the lasalle ppl went quite ok. she ask quite a lot of things lo.. y wanna study there, explain the project tat u think is the best, whether can write a report in 6000 words, 2ndary sch study science or art stream..... i suppose to b the 1st one.. but end up 2nd coz i only got the softcopy for the portfolio.. waili go 1st.. then me n lastly jy. me n waili get the offer for year 3 while jy gotta go for year 2 if she study there.. waili parents all looks real happy after her interview.. i still know nth about my offer till after jy session.. wait there patiently while chatting with the agent.. luckily for both of us coz there is no additional sem..

been real tiring whole day since i slept around 3 last nite.. n gotta wake up so early.. this week i really dun hav enough sleep.. mayb i sleep 2 much during my hols.. haha.. gotta get use to the lack of sleep now.. even though i feel tire, but still can tahan whole day.. even can go for a swim just now.. geng.. like ah liew say ma.. we still young hor? hahaha..

terrible! when i woke up this morning, i thought of goin to bath straight away since gotta teman ling to uitm library.. n when i go into the bathroom only i found out tat there is no water!! aiseh.. then i end up bathing at ling hostel.. after tat only go 2 the library.. uitm real suck la.. i din even go into the campus.. i wait patiently outside since i forget to bring my wallet (no ic, no license.. n tat stupid guard dun let me in..) really bad experience.. i wont go there another time.. i promise!

then after having the SS15 famous rojak for our lunch, i headed to photoprime @ cheras for the 2nd time this month! suppose to meet jy there at 2pm but u know lo.. she is there 1 hour later.. really cant b tat punctual if gotta meet with them.. aiseh.. i oso stuck in the jam but i manage to reach there 2 sth.. n yet.. she reach there at 3.. really ar.. (really wu2 yan2) i m really gonna broke la.. i pay another rm296 for the studio photos.. (well, not i pay la.. i din bring tat much $$. sis pay with her card lo.. after tat only transfer for her la..) studio pic is nicer than the stage photo lo.. did i mention tat i dun like the stage photo.. hmm.. my suppose-2-b stage photo is 2 bright ma.. then they change another one for me.. well.. not nice la.. studio de looks better.. now i really got alot of my graduation photo.. 2 many till dunno where 2 hang la.. got 1 11R de, 3 8R de, 9 pieces 3R de n oso passport size de.. geng hor? now dunno where 2 put la.. the 11R size photo plus the frame all those bcome really big.. alot bigger than my sis de.. after taking the pic, went to kl central for the mas fair.. well.. not mant ppl la. we thought it will b very crowded.. actually the price not tat cheap oso la..

at 1st sis wanna belanja us dinner de.. then later postpone it coz dad dun wanna go in this condition... go back 2 office again today. gotta complete the indah unit de perspective 2day.. wah.. really long time din draw liao.. luckily still remember how to draw.. no one there when i reach the office. so gotta call eric n wait for him lo since he is having his lunch.. when he came back, only start telling me wat to do n later start doin it.. kesian me.. alone in the office. leong came back for a while n go out after that since he got things 2 do.. bside doin my work, i gotta layan those phone calls, those marketing ppl.. bla bla.. when only u will hire a clerk ar? so many calls asking for job but yet still din c anyone coming for interview.. he say no need 2 hire designer anymore if i work there.. real zha dou.. n oso say can wait till few months later after i leave only he hire.. he really geng.. can survive without designer for 2 months.. now he said gotta follow up with those ppl lia.. now, dunno 2morrow he will call n ask me 2 go n work not.. coz he din mention anything about 2morrow goin 2 work.. hmmm.. aiseh.. really miss my driver.. haha.. jam all the way back home 2day.. ldp really very jam 2day.. mayb because of the rain.. i end up picking up boy straightaway after work.. damn tire stucking in the jam..

'pao gan' event @ the lake opposite amcorp mall

sunday is indeed an auspicious day. after helping out at dad office, me n yan dcide to go n join the crowd for the 'pao gan' event.. 1st time i join this kind of activities.. we reach there around 8pm. me n yan.. then the others around 9pm.. we walk around the lake n later, dcide to rest @ a place bside the lake since the activities havent started.. then later.. here come the 8tv reporter asking the couple bside us this question.. "did u know each other from this pao gan event?" "normally this kind of activities is for single ppl, how come u all dcide to come?" (of coz they ask in mandarin..) we fast fast 'chao' so that u wont c our faces in the tv.. haha.. there r lion dances, malay dances, chinese dances, chai deng mi, pao gan, n some other activities there.. they r selling 'gan' for rm2 each! luckily my frens brought along so many 'gan'.. till we end up helping others 2 write.. hahaha.. really funny.. ah yan real geng hor.. get a call from dunno who even b4 she throw the 'gan' into the lake.. haha.. seriously.. the event is really funny.. seldom got the chance 2 c so many ppl pao gan.. n even some guy brought their own make de erm.. dunno wat tat call la.. to lao gan.. still got some other funny things happening.. it wont b a secret if i blog it out.. so leave it as a secret 1st.. hehehe... with those crazy bunch of friends, it's really fun being there..

after tat event, we went ss2 de island cafe 2 yum cha.. n play 'cho dai di' n some other games till 1 only we left.. really geng.. damn tire n sleepy liao at tat time since whole day oso so so so bz.. luckily i can sleep till 10 next day..

eric called in the morning n ask me 2 drop by @ the office since he need me 2 help out.. kesian la.. so terpaksa go to the office n draw the office drawing n the indah plan lo.. 2morrow still need 2 go.. aiseh.. guess i will work there for few months kua.. dun wanna go 2morrow oso cannot la.. i told the boss tat i wanna c got transport not 2morrow.. then the boss said if no transport ask leong 2 fetch somemore.. really pengsan.. tat means i cannot run away liao.. aiai.. when i reach there, eric is in the office.. then later.. liew.. this fellow ar.. real qian da one.. ask me how come i m here.. then when dunno y say till cny last day is yesterday.. he say oo.. i still thought wanna giv u angpow.. really jia one.. after a while.. leong came back from his site.. quite surprise 2 c him coz thought he will go some other company 2 work after he complete his degree.. this office ar.. really difficult 2 c new faces.. hahaha..

anyway, anyone interested to b clerk, interior designer faster fax over ur resume la.. (ask me if u wanna know more..) sounds like i m the job provider.. haha.. bside clerk, interior designer, whoever interested in doin marketing for the phone adapter thing can call kevin for more details.. mon at 1st wanna go out de.. but his car kena langgar.. so end up at home lo..

tues i oso forget wat i do liao.. read memoirs of the geisha kua.. finish reading liao.. so now nth 2 do again.. book is nicer than the movie..

wed went to photoprime 2 collect the real expensive gradution pic.. my pic different from others de.. coz the suppose-2-b stage photo is too bright liao.. so no choice.. gotta take the potrait de..

thurs nite go 'lou sang' @ selayang in a place name petaling seafood or sth..
they call it a zoo coz they said got lots of animal there..
but coz it's raining.. i din c any animal except a pikachu if u consider tat as an animal.. hehe..
i also dunno they go so far 2 'lou sang'.. daniel very 'wei da'.. fetch us after work n jam till when he reach about 8 liao.. then only go kepong n later to tat place..
when we start to eat it's already 9.. real hungry tat time..
we ate till 12 le.. really geng..

fri.. erm.. b driver lo.. so cham.. at 1st lihwern said wanna drop by coz he is goin usj9 2 'keng' with the boss.. but then later coz i raining kua, so he din come liao.. n when he sms tat time i m in shah alam oso.. fetching sis ma.. so wei da hor.. purposely bring the cd n her pendrive then go library n later baxk home.. raining so heavily somemore.. really kesian me..
then later fetch boy n his fren from sch.. after fetching them back straight away go klia liao.. fetch elder sis.. ate my dinner in the car.. really cham one.. got potential 2 b driver liao..

then 2day.. dad book liao me.. help out at his office.. go there after fetch boy 2 his guitar lesson.. then help out there lo..
